Payment
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
We accept payments by Paypal, credit cards, money orders and personal checks. If you pay via a check and money order, your items will ship when payment clears.
HOW DO I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
We have chosen PayPal for our checkout,which offers industry-leading security measures and buyer protection.It give our customers the choice to use their PayPal accounts or credit cards for payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, it is possible to purchase through Paypal with a credit card!!
On the PayPal site, simply follow the steps and use the 'pay by credit' button.
Shipping:
HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
All of our Art prints, and photographs are placed against a thick piece of backing board, packaged in a clear, protective sleeve and placed in sturdy photo mailer. Some larger prints are rolled safely and placed in a tube.
We ship in stock items within 3 business days of receiving payment (holidays may delay this by a day or two).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship all orders within 48 hours. Domestic (US) orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on customs. Custom orders are made on demand and will take longer.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We want you to love the paintings and prints but in the case something happens and you're not completely satisfied we' would be happy to refund, exchange or replace your item(s) up to 14 days after you have received your order.
Any watermark signature that appears on the image above will not appear on the actual print.
All prints are printed on demand and after payment has been received.
We will always email you as soon as your order has shipped.
MAY I ORDER AN EXTRA LARGE PRINT OR CUSTOM SIZE?
We will happily create a custom order for you if you see a painting you like there and it's not here.
Please convo us for prices. During the busy holiday shopping season be sure to order early custom requests may take longer.
